A group of Hill County farmers, bakers, homesteaders and artisans has announced plans for farm stall and trade days events that will be held in Hillsboro starting this month.
A "farm stall" market will be held on the first and third Saturdays of each month, offering homegrown, homemade or handmade items. Arts, crafts, quilts and other items are welcome, but all items must be grown or made by the individual selling them. On the second Saturday of each month, a trade days flea market will be held. Sellers will bring their second-hand items to share with the community.
The events will be held at the Hill Pavilion, located at the intersection of South Waco Street and Corsicana Highway in Hillsboro.
