A Hill County Grand Jury that convened Friday, February 2, returned the following indictments:
Mario Agreda, 35, of Hillsboro, driving while intoxicated - third or more
Jerod Alan Ancira, 39, of Austin, possession of marijuana between four ounces and five pounds; manufacture/deliver THC between four and 400 grams
Barry Anderson, 43, of San Antonio, bail jump and failure to appear felony; bail jump and failure to appear felony
Kristin Nicole Austin, 36, of Itasca, possession of methamphetamine under one gram
Brayden Michael Avery, 17, of Covington, possession of THC between one and four grams.
